I have had Hashimoto's disease for 5 years. I take Euthyrox 150/175 daily. Nothing has changed in my life, I still feel sleepy and depressed. I would like to be treated with medical marijuana, at least I could be happier with my life. I read that CBD has an anti-suppressive effect on thyroiditis.

CBD or medicinal marijuana can inhibit the inflammatory processes typical of autoimmune thyroiditis (Hashimoto's disease).

If thyroid function is balanced as a result of treatment, then you should not expect many benefits from the use of marijuana.

From what you wrote, it appears that depression is not related to thyroid disease - "nothing has changed, I still want to sleep and I'm depressed" - and maybe it's better to consult a psychologist.
