I'm 24 years old, happily married. I have a problem because I'm very nervous. For any reason, I can get angry, which makes my life very difficult. Why am I so nervous? After all, my life is so stable. I read that it may be a lack of some vitamins in the body.

Please do a medical examination that can discover the cause of your nervousness. Sometimes disturbances in the work of hormones (thyroid gland) make people unable to control their reactions. It is also good to get interested in your life, everyday life, look closely, hour after hour, answering the question: "what really makes me so nervous?" It can be influenced by various stimuli, for example: an excess of sounds that come from the radio, television (music that arouses aggression, movies), the noise of the street causing stress, or a sedentary lifestyle. So you have to take care of your peace and on days off from work prepare an action plan, planning, inter alia, all kinds of entertainment, from walking outdoors, going to a good movie - comedy or concert. The way we spend our free time recharges our batteries and helps you achieve the peace you want during the next work-filled week. You can also learn to use stress-relieving exercises that will free us of our nerves. It is enough to close our eyes for a few minutes during the day, imagine taking a deep breath that flows from our feet, through the hips, stomach, chest and head. Once the inhalation is in our head, we stop it for a moment. Now we exhale calmly and slowly, mentally saying "I'm calm" or "I'm relaxing." It is good to repeat this exercise several times a day and whenever we feel that we are getting nervous. It will bring a feeling of peace and allow you to see what is happening to us and what is destructive to us. Certainly, the lack or excess of vitamins has a large impact on our well-being. B vitamins are responsible for the nervous system, memory and concentration. Their deficiency may cause aggression, irritation or neurosis. So you need to take care of a proper diet rich in vitamins. There are supplements in herbal pharmacies that will help calm down and calm the mind, you can eat them at the beginning of the journey.
