I have had a problem with my wrist for some time. Sometimes it "sticks" and only when you move it more violently, something will jump in it and you can function normally. Without such "agitation" it is difficult to write anything or even eat a dish with cutlery. But even the longest movement of your wrist beforehand does not relieve pain when you lean on your entire hand. I've tried warming up and exercising, but it doesn't help.
Hello,
You need to get the appropriate tests ordered by your GP, including an X-ray of your wrist. The doctor will probably refer you to a rheumatologist who will find out the cause of the pain. If it is rheumatism, it can refer to treatments such as: cryotherapy, massage, laser stimulation, electromagnetism. However, the doctor decides what treatment is to take place. Pain may also be the result of overstraining the hand, which could arise from improper hand positioning while working on a computer keyboard. If there is a wrong angle of the wrists then the tendons are stressed which causes pain in the wrists. Try not to bend your wrists too much and take frequent breaks to get them going a bit. You can apply ice, put it in towels and wrap it around your wrists. We keep such a compress for about 20 minutes. The use of cool hand baths can also provide relief from persistent pain. Appropriate exercises can be used to relax tense muscles in your back, arms and hands. Yoga and tai-chi work well for such ailments. If we don't force our wrists too much, but don't let them rest for too long, then everything should return to normal soon. The use of magnets may prove effective as they stimulate blood circulation. You have to wear them almost all day, but it's not bothersome. In rehabilitation stores you can buy magnetic foils that are attached with a plaster to the sore spot. Warming these areas may increase pain. You can rub the wrists with the appropriate essential oils that prevent inflammation. These can be essential oils such as: Orchard citronella, Java citronella, linalool thyme, goltery and marjoram help reduce pain. After diluting the oil with olive oil, gently massage the sore spots or moisten the joints with oil (a few drops) and wrap them with a cloth. The diet you have to eliminate is not without significancethe menu of all acidifying foods, sugar and meat, and turn to those dishes that have calcium and vitamins C, E, B. Drink as much non-carbonated water as possible to remove all toxins from your body. Eat as much fish as possible, which is rich in omega-3 fatty acids to reduce inflammation and pain. You can also drink up to four cups a day nettle leaf infusion, which has pain-relieving properties.
