Good morning. I have had a serious problem for two months. On the second day after training in the gym, I felt a strong back pain (muscle) in the area of the right shoulder blade. After about 3 weeks, the pain became less noticeable (I used fastum, mobilat and millet), but the pain comes back a little. Of course, I stopped training immediately. I feel confused already, although the doctors advised to be patient.

Hello, You've probably exercised too hard and too fast. You don't write if the pain is intense and sharp or if it feels rather dull. If it is dull, it can be alleviated by applying ice or something well-frozen to the sore spots for no longer than 20 minutes. Put the ice in a plastic bag, wrap it with a thin towel and put the prepared compress on the sore spot every hour. Doing so will reduce swelling in inflamed muscles. After exercise (the next day at the latest), give yourself an additional hot bath, because it is this (hot bath) that will relax your muscles and stimulate blood circulation, alleviating any pain. Massage - but a well-performed massage will soothe and stretch the muscles, which will reduce the intensity of the pain, and which will help remove the inflammation. Additionally, the massage will lower the stress hormone and increase the secretion of serotonin (a chemical compound with sedative and analgesic properties). You can undergo acupuncture, which works similarly by inserting needles into the appropriate places on the body (meridians) through which vital chi energy flows. However, if the pain is stabbing or sharp, the muscle is likely torn or otherwise damaged. In this case, give your body a rest, and also your back, until the pain is completely gone. The longer the break, the more certain the condition will not come back. Regards.
