What could be the cause of this phenomenon?
Hello,
Without research, it is almost impossible to determine the cause of the tingling sensation in the foot. You need to go to a neurologist who can answer your question. These could be problems with the spine (degeneration of the lumbosacral region) that is causing the nerve to pinch, making your foot tingle. It can also be the cause of circulatory failure, do you have cold feet? This condition can also be influenced by: smoking, a large number of hours at the computer or working for many hours in a standing position, inadequate diet, lack of exercise, and thus overweight, stresses of everyday life. Prophylactically, you need to start with increasing the amount of exercise - walking, cycling, swimming or practicing water jogging - all this will relieve the spine. Turning to an easily digestible diet that will balance energy and improve circulation. You can eat groats, lean meat, poultry, veal, fish. Fresh fruit must not be missing, and so paprika counteracts circulatory disorders, capsaicin contained in paprika reduces blood clotting, and onions and garlic have similar properties. All vegetables should be steamed, because so prepared they have the necessary vitamins. Avoid s alt and use mild spices such as cumin, parsley, celery, and marjoram. Drink as much non-gaseous water as possible to flush out toxins from your body. Avoid strong coffee and tea, replacing them with green or herbal based tea. You can use water jets and so slowly move the cold stream of water on the outside of the leg from the foot up. We go back on the inside of the leg and do the same with the other leg. It's a good idea to shower two or three times in a row, three to four times a day. When taking a bath, we can massage the legs with a brush that will allow better blood circulation in the legs.
