How to get rid of stones in the gallbladder without surgery? How does urolithiasis affect the course of pregnancy?

Hello,
Mild gall bladder ailments may persist for several years. However, if your ailments do not allow you to function normally, you must follow the recommendations of doctors and take their form of treatment. Gallbladder obstruction can damage the mucosa, as concentrated bile does not circulate conveniently through the stones present in the gallbladder. So these ailments cannot be taken lightly. It is good to reduce the factors that cause stress, pay attention to the form of active rest and relaxation. Review the diet and arrange it so that each meal contains products that have a good effect on the functioning of the intestines. Allow enough time for each meal to allow you to eat it in peace. Good digestion is influenced by chewing each bite thoroughly and mixing it with saliva to prevent indigestion. Sometimes it is worth lying down for a few minutes after a meal to relieve the stomach. It would be good to give up fried, spicy and fatty foods, cream, mayonnaise, nuts and similar products, as all of these can affect your intestines inadequate (constipation) and increase your discomfort. Include chicken, turkey and lean fish in your diet. Limit the consumption of "cold" meals, as it also does not serve the intestines. Vegetables steamed in a special pot for this purpose will bring the desired vitamins (A, D, E B), adding lightness to the meal and its digestion. The diet should be established by a specialist who will select the appropriate products. The healing effect of some waters has been known for a long time (crenotherapy), so it is good to drink 1.5 liters of still, highly mineralized water a day or such as "Marysieńka", "Józef" or "Kinga". When we combine it with physical exertion (walking, cycling, jogging), which will allow to flush out toxins, deposits and bad cholesterol from the body faster and give us the right body weight. You can use herbs, essential oils and homeopathy, but only under the supervision of a specialist, because by using supplements on our own, we can do more harm than good. This is the rule of thumb for any inflammation in the body. So please find a good herbalist or homeopath and discuss the problem with him, of course notneglecting to see a specialist doctor. Regards
