For two years I have been suffering from autoimmune diseases, when the body attacks its own cells. It is called hypothyroidism - Hashimoto's and malignant alopecia areata. The latter is especially painful because I have lost all my hair, eyebrows and eyelashes. Conventional medicine is powerless.

The thyroid gland is the shield of our body, it takes on all the feelings that come to us from the outside world, i.e. from the people around us. Also from the inner world, which is probably the most important, because it segregates and classifies the stimuli that come to us.

An important point in the treatment of this disease is to strengthen our psyche, including thoughts that bother you and constantly want something. It would be good to calm the mind through proper breathing exercises and visualization (imagining various positive and good events). By using this type of therapy, the thyroid gland will calm down and stop self-harm.

If you have no experience in this type of exercise, please use the books available on the market that tell you how to take care of your inner peace. Please also take advantage of the benefits of alternative medicine, which has a large range of auxiliary services such as: herbs, homeopathy, color healing, energy sessions, etc. I will also give you a short exercise that you should repeat at any free moment for about a month. Please look at the blue (sea) color for 5 minutes every day. Imagine how the Lady inhales it with her nose, down the throat and the thyroid gland, and exhales it through her mouth. In my mind, repeat each time we breathe the blue color - "I breathe the blue color that calms my thyroid gland". When we exhale the air with our mouths, we repeat - "I remove all toxins from my body." It is good to like yourself, otherwise it will be hard to stop the disease. You have to deal with your own body and appearance, please buy a facial wig, draw your eyebrows with a delicate line - fortunately, everyone now paints as they want. The most important thing is not to worry about the external appearance, but more to work on your own interior. I keep my fingers crossed and greet.
