I have had noise in my right ear for about a year, the ENT specialist recommended a series of fears and scared me with otosclerosis. In a month I have a checkup, but in the meantime I went to acupuncture with this problem, which helped me - the noise was gone. On the other hand, they appeared, not in the ear, but deeper, as if in the head. I am very concerned about what this could be.
Hello, Tinnitus can be caused by various ailments that, at first glance, have nothing to do with each other. Degeneration of the cervical vertebrae can cause tinnitus due to poor blood supply to the ear canals. Often, such an ailment can arise due to prolonged stress and high hyperactivity. Therefore, it is necessary to observe in what situations the noise increases. It is worth approaching situations that may cause stress with greater calm. Increase the frequency of going for a walk, but to places where there is no high level of street noise or other noise. So let's go to the forest where the sound is almost uniform and listen to its sounds. Let's learn to listen to what comes to us from outside. Avoid the silence that intensifies the feeling of noise, so always let there be some sounds. Let's turn on the radio, but quietly enough that our mind and ears have to make a good effort to hear something. In this way, we can take your attention away from hearing the buzzing in your head. The idea is to make the tinnitus disappear against the background of the noise coming to us from the outside. Perseverance in using such exercises may take some time to pay off, but it is worth trying and not be discouraged by the lack of results. Acupressure can also help, as it can reduce discomfort by pressing the right points. Gently but firmly massaging the ear along its edge, starting from the top, where the edge of the cartilage begins, all the way to the bottom. So grab the edge of the ear with your thumb and index finger and massage it down to the end of the ear. It should take us about 1 minute to go down the ear, and the same time to go back up. You can repeat these activities several times a day. There are many other exercises, but I do not describe them due to lack of space. So please take a look at the book that deals with acupressure and explains where the points are and how to massage them. The use of homeopathic remedies can also help, but also here it is necessarybe patient because the positive result may not come until a few months.
