  • Yellow cheese- preferably with a reduced amount of fat, e.g. Dutch or Hit z Ryk, thinly sliced, light mozzarella or Parmesan cheese.
  • Milkand dairy products - lean, with a reduced caloric value of up to 1.5%. It is best to eat acidified products, i.e. kefirs, yoghurts, buttermilk
