For a long time I have lost the desire to have sex with my partner with whom we have been together for 3 years. I don't know what this may be caused by. I don't take any contraceptive pills, I don't have any problems with my parents, I didn't have any partner before, so I didn't experience any unpleasant situation, and I have good contact with my current partner. It makes me very tired because I fear that he may leave me at some point.

There can be many reasons for not wanting sex. First, you should do a hormone level test (testosterone, prolactin, fsh, lh). If the results are outside the norm, it may be enough to equalize them and everything will return to normal. Lack of desire for sex can also be a symptom of some diseases, e.g. depression, diabetes, or simply result from exhaustion and stress. Often, the lack of desire for sex appears in women who feel some unclear resentment towards their partner, grudge, they do not trust him. Please make sure that your relationship is all right. Another reason may be that the partner is using inappropriate sexual techniques, not telling him what techniques are appropriate for the woman, what stimulation she needs. then sex that is not satisfactory ceases to be pleasurable and the woman ceases to strive for it. If you do not find any of the above reasons, and your situation is not improving, it might be worth going to the sexologist's office for help.
