During sex, instead of focusing on caresses, I think elsewhere, at work, at university, and I even wonder what my parents and grandparents said if they saw me now. The whole mood is broken. I don't know how to "chase my parents out of the bedroom" and all the rest of the bad thoughts, how to enjoy sex again? There used to be no such problems, where do they come from?
Thoughts about work, university may result from the fact that you have a lot of responsibilities on your mind and you are stressed about what still needs to be done. And it sneaks into other areas of life. It is very possible that this problem will disappear once you fulfill some of your professional duties and they will no longer be on your mind. Thoughts about your grandparents and parents may indicate that you feel guilty towards them during intercourse. It is worth considering how they approach your sex life and sex in general. Do they accept them? Or do they see sex as a bad thing or a taboo subject? Their views on sex can still influence you, make you feel guilty.
If you haven't had this kind of problem before, please think about whether you are okay with your partner? Often, unresolved conflicts also have a negative impact on sexual life - you cannot concentrate on the other person because you feel angry, regret, resentment towards them.
