Good morning. On December 24, I had a period, after which the bleeding and later spotting lasted until around January 9 - the gynecological visit and ultrasound showed nothing. On January 21, another menstruation began, after which spotting, and from 4 days of bleeding, continues to this day. During the gynecological visit (2 days ago), the ultrasound showed a thin endometrium. The doctor prescribed me Elin tablets for 3 months without ordering any additional tests. I decided to do a morphology and hormonal tests at my own expense. Only lymphocytes are outside the norm - 1.16x10 / uL and prolactin 33.9 ng / ml. Progesterone is 1.52 ng / ml, follicultropy 3.3, mlU / ml, estradiol 110 pg / ml, luteotropin 3.0 mlU. / ml. Should I take the prescribed Elin or see my doctor for other tablets that are more appropriate to the results? I should start taking the tablets from the 1st day of the cycle - how to recognize it if the bleeding continues every day and is just as heavy? Best regards and thank you for any possible answer and advice,
Good morning! From what you write, you are bleeding from the so-called "thin endometrium" and she was given birth control pills to rebuild it. There are no major deviations from the norm in the cited results, I still lack thyroid hormone tests - TSH. Elin is a good choice to rebuild the cycle and endometrium. Please start taking tablets from the first day of your period. I wish you he alth. Regards
