Hello, my husband and I have one child, he is 10 years old, we would like to have a second one. After my first delivery, I received an injection of Immuglobulin. About 2 months ago I was about a week late in my period. I suspected that I was pregnant, so I registered with a doctor. However, after 3 days, I got menstruation. Or rather, it felt like a period, although it looked more like a haemorrhage, including heavy blood clots. It took about 8 days. I missed the date of my visit, I did not register for the next one, the more that I was about 4 months ago for the visit. I have A Rh (-) blood group and my husband is A Rh (+), so there is a possibility of a conflict, especially since I already have my first childbirth behind me. I have a question: if I have had a miscarriage and have not been given an IM injection, is there any other way to prevent a blood conflict and thus protect my baby? I am asking for an answer. Regards

If you become pregnant, your anti-Rh antibody levels will be marked. The result will show if there is immunization and what will be done in your case. Currently, due to non-invasive diagnostic methods and the possibility of intrauterine treatment of a child, serological conflict is not as big a problem as it used to be.
