I often feel pain during intercourse. I was at the doctor's, but he only prescribed pills for me, and when I finished taking them, the pain came back. My periods have also been very, very painful lately. I would like to know what the cause of this pain could be, and how to prevent it. In the emergency room, the doctor prescribed me "Diclofenac 100" and it is the only preparation that helps me. It never happened to me. What could be causing this?

The ailments described by you may have various causes: from chronic inflammation of the appendages, endometriosis, through PID, i.e. inflammation of the pelvic organs, which can be caused, for example, by Chlamydia. During diagnostics, one should also remember about a retroverted uterus and spine diseases.
