How to exercise?

For exercises, prepare dumbbells and resistance bands (if you have one).

The basis of the training is tabata, in which each exercise lasts 20 seconds. After taboo, we perform 3 exercises lasting 15 seconds with a break between only 3 seconds. The entire training takes about half an hour in total.
