How to exercise?
There are 3 types of exercises in front of you, each lasting 45 seconds: one dynamic (so-called "up", increasing the heart rate), the second with dumbbells, the third strengthening while lying on the mat. Do the exercises in order, rest for about 5 seconds between them.
