How to exercise?

Training consists of several rounds. One round consists of doing the same exercise 3 times for 15 seconds, followed by 3 different exercises each lasting 40 seconds. The total duration of the effort is about 40 minutes.

Dumbbells or small bottles of water will be useful during training.
