10.Fit4Summer challenge training is based on tabata exercises. A short, but ultra-intense interval effort will extend the fat burning process to several hours after training. Effect? You will lose weight even while resting!

How to exercise?

There are 3 tabata mini-trainings ahead of you. Each training is based on three exercises that we repeat consecutively for 20 seconds with a 10-second break. We do the entire block 4 times. Remember - keep a fast pace, because only then will you activate mechanisms in your body that will cause fat burning up to several hours after the end of exercise.

Ania's advice:If you cannot do the 20-minute workout in the morning, do it around 6 p.m. to have at least one hour of rest before your longer evening workout.
