It's been a month since giving birth by cc. Before giving birth, I exercised every day until the end of the 7th month, now I would like to start too, but I don't know what kind of exercises I could do now so as not to endanger my sewed abdomen? The scar has overgrown well.

The first exercises can be started 6 - 8 weeks after the physiological delivery and about 12 weeks after the cesarean section. However, before starting any exercises, every mother should consult her gynecologist - obstetrician beforehand and ask about such a possibility.
