What products can be consumed during the white diet?

These are mainly:

  • natural yoghurt,

  • unflavoured homogenized cheese,
  • goat cheese,

  • or mozzarella.

In addition, you can eat poultry, that is:

  • chicken,
  • turkey,
  • geese,
  • guinea fowl.

Only light wheat bread is suitable for bread, and rice for meat additives.

Vegetables available on a white diet are:

  • parsley root,
  • celery root,
  • cauliflower,
  • white radish,
  • white cabbage
  • and potatoes.

You can also eat eggs on a white diet, but without the yolk.

The menu also includes fish and seafood, thanks to which we will not run out of a source of omega-3 fatty acids.

In a moment of weakness, you can be tempted by a banana, which will allow you to replenish your potassium reserves.

Only water is recommended for drinking. Coffee and tea could discolor our enamel.

White diet - list of prohibited products

Everything that is colored is forbidden in a white diet. Therefore, within 14 days we should not eat berries such as:

  • blueberries,
  • blueberries,
  • strawberries
  • or raspberries.

Fruit juices are also excluded, whether they are based on natural fruit or based on concentrates with the addition of artificial colors.

We will not eat on this diet either:
