In Poland, the bungee fitness adventure was started by two instructors -Natalia Jakuła and Paulina Suduł , who founded the first bungee fitness school in our country, where instructors specializing in this type of activity are trained.

Bungee fitness is training usingelastic rope attached to the ceiling . With its help, we perform individual exercises to strengthen the muscles of the entire body. The rope you use is similar to the rope you use for bungee jumping - hence the name "bungee fitness".
Bungee fitness classes are an innovative type of activity, but at the same time it is not without care for the safety and comfort of participants. The ropes and equipment to be used must first pass special tests to be approved for use. What's more, the ropes to which we are attached during trainingare selected according to our height and weight .
