Dietary fitness salad WEEKEND recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of Parma cheese - grated on a large mesh grater
  • 1 avocado - thinly sliced ​​
  • 1 cup of strawberries - washed and cut into thin medallions
  • 1 pack of Fit & Easy WEEKEND lettuce mix
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cups of uns alted pistachios to sprinkle on salad
  • spices to taste

Preparation method:

Add chopped strawberries and avocado to the salad mix (sprinkled with lemon juice beforehand to keep it dark). Pour over the sauce made of olive oil and balsamic vinegar and season to taste. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and pistachios.
