Does unprotected sex the day before your period stop your period immediately? Is the pain during the first intercourse related to the painful period, i.e. if the periods are painless, the perforation of the membrane will hurt less?

Pain during the first intercourse depends on the structure of the hymen, not painful periods. If you stop your period it may be associated with becoming pregnant. If you know your cycle and when you are ovulating, having intercourse the day before your period has no effect on stopping your period. Due to sexually transmitted diseases, I suggest having sex in a condom.
