I suffer from discopathy periodically. Recently, with careless torso turns, there is severe pain and for 2 weeks I am treated with Mydokalm. What to do in order not to worsen your condition? General rules for avoiding the severity of pain symptoms:
- sleeping on a hard surface
- avoiding spine cooling
- avoiding working in an inclined position
- avoiding lifting heavy objects with your back - it is better to squat
- there are no exercises to expand the intervertebral spaces, but it is worth strengthening the back and abdominal muscles
- be careful with the straps - they relax the muscles if you wear them for a long time.
