I have had a problem with sleepwalking since childhood. At night, as long as I manage to fall asleep, I very often (several times a month, even a week) during sleep I walk around the room, talk, shout, take pictures off the walls, move objects etc. etc. In the morning I remember these events. as indistinct as a dream, often only when I see a frame removed or an object displaced. Is it dangerous? Is it some kind of disease? And do you need to report to someone?
Sleepwalking (doctors call it sleepiness or somnambulism) is not some serious disease - as the legends say, but it can certainly make life difficult. It affects a few percent of people. It may increase in certain situations, such as lack of sleep, fever, or taking certain medications that affect sleep phases. Usually, it does not require special treatment, only what provokes such conditions should be avoided. You can also try to take medications, although there are no specific drugs. If you want advice - you need to visit a psychiatrist or neurologist, perform an EEG test. Regards!
