It would be useful to talk to a psychologist or psychiatrist and start some kind of treatment. Your ailments - irritable bowel and carcinophobia - are quite common, but tiring. Please ask your doctor if he sees the possibility of using Sulpiride. It often helps, although it also causes drug-induced symptoms (e.g. breast swelling and galactorrhea). Regards!
