Good morning! My name is Kasia and I am 23 years old. I am raising two children and my life is quite stressful! For the last two weeks my stomach hurts constantly, I am constantly nervous for just any reason and I have trouble sleeping! When I get nervous, I immediately overwhelm myself with sweat! My mood is low and I don't feel like anything! I can barely do any work and I'm already terribly tired. And I'm only 23 years old, I should probably want everything! I've been doing a morphology, everything's fine, so what's going on? Do I suffer from neurosis? What's wrong with me? Or is it normal, I don't know anymore? Please write me your opinion on this subject! It may be silly, but I am ashamed to go to the doctor and tell him about my problems face to face, because I have a tear in my eye that this is happening to me!
It is not innovative, but you can go to this doctor - a psychiatrist. He will not laugh at his tears, but will draw conclusions, even if you did not say a word more. No matter what you call it, neurosis or depression, you can help in any case. By the way, two of your children will benefit! Regards!
Remember that our expert's answer is informative and will not replace a visit to the doctor.
