I am 27 years old and have two milk teeth. Unfortunately for me, there are two front teeth, two and three on the left side. The three are in fairly good condition, their shape differs from the rest of the teeth, but they are he althy. However, the two of them began to move, and quite seriously. Since I cannot afford implants yet, I wanted to ask what other options I have to solve my problem in case I miss two. My dentist offered me porcalan crowns, but I don't want to damage my remaining he althy teeth. I also have a question about a dead tooth - it has a strong root, it is in good condition, and the only problem is its dark color. I would not like to damage it or interfere with it too much. Is there any way to effectively whiten it? Paulina

Milk teeth in adultsare not such a rare phenomenon. In order for me to be able to reliably answer your question, it is necessary to consult a dentist's office and appropriate diagnostics, e.g. X-ray pictures. In such a photo you can see whether the correct permanent tooth is "hidden" in the gum or whether it is not there at all. If there is a tooth, then it is usually "pulled" into the arch with orthodontic brackets. If the permanent tooth has not developed, only the prosthetic reconstruction remains. A dead tooth can also be masked in various ways. It can, for example, be whitened or put on a veneer. In this case, the consultation visit is also very important.
