I am 35 years old. I was at the gynecologist's appointment and I found out that I had enlarged endometrium (17 mm), ovaries and appendages okay. I am 3 days before my period. Before the previous menstruation, I had inflammation and the treatment with globules and ointment Pimafucin and Gynomed Vaginal was recommended. I menstruate regularly, the first day profusely, sometimes with clots. I gave birth once, 7 years ago. I have not received any recommendations, I have a consultation in only a month. Before the examination, I had the material for cytology collected. Should I worry about this enlarged endometrium? My hip has been aching for some time now: should I combine it with this magnification?

I would advise you to repeat the test assessing the thickness of the endometrium after menstruation. If the endometrium is thin, linear, homogeneous, then 17mm of the endometrium before menstruation is of no importance. Hip pains have nothing to do with a thick endometrium.
