Marshmallow infusion - what helps?

Marshmallow infusion will be perfect for skin problems, but not only. It also helps with:

Marshmallow infusion - preparation

To prepare an infusion of marshmallow, pour a teaspoon of dried herb with a cup of LIGHT water and leave it covered for an hour. The infusion prepared in this way is used externally on:

  • skin irritations,
  • wounds,
  • ulcers,
  • skin burns,
  • for sit-ups in urinary bladder infections.

Infusion, or rather marshmallow macerate - what do you need to know?

First of all, the active compounds of marshmallow are well soluble in water. Thereforeyou do not have to pour boiling water over dried- just pour lukewarm water over it and set aside for a sufficiently long period. Usually an hour is enough, but if you pour it completely with cold water, then you should let it stand for 6 hours. In this way, we get marshmallow macerate, which can be drunk in small portions (tablespoon) every two hours.
