It is rather the opposite - if red blood cells appeared in the urine it was renal colic. They do not have to be visible, it can be so-called "sand" - tiny sharp crystals moving around and injuring the ureter. With this problem, you should visit a nephrologist to be tested for the risk of nephrolithiasis. Bedwetting, on the other hand, can have various causes.
