Anderson's diet - menu. Day 1

  • until 12.- apple juice (250 ml), 1 banana
  • from 12th to 16th - tomato juice (250 ml), coleslaw salad (100 g)
  • from 16 to 20 - baked chicken breast (approx. 200 g) with steamed broccoli (approx. 100 g)

  • until 12.- pear juice (250 ml), a bunch of grapes
  • from 12th to 16th - carrot juice (250 ml), tomato salad
  • from 16 to 20 - salad, 50 g of rice (you can also choose potatoes or pasta)

  • until 12.- orange juice (250 ml), 2 pears
  • from 12th to 16th - carrot juice (250 ml), tomato salad

  • from 12th to 16th - tomato juice (250 ml), steamed cauliflower
  • from 16 to 20 - Fettuccine wholemeal pasta (ribbons) in broccoli sauce (approx. 200 g)
