The Antoine Diet is one of the no-food diets, but it goes further than any diet based on similar principles. It lasts one week and can be repeated once a month. Check what are the rules of the no Antoine diet and how much weight you can lose thanks to it.
Antoine's Dietisa non-union dietwhich guarantees weight loss during its duration from 4 to 8 kilos! You can eat whatever you like and not limit yourself to the amount of food eaten, as long as it is from the same group in one day. You can choose from 7 groups for seven days of the week. They are:
- vegetables
- fruit
- meat
- cereal products
- cheeses and dairy products, except eggs
- eggs - a separate group
- fish
Note: in Antoine's diet, we do not drink directly with meals! During this week, drinks include coffee (no milk if it's not a dairy day), tea (no lemon if it's not a "fruity" day), herbs, water and a little wine.
Antoine's diet reduces appetite

All products can be baked, fried and boiled, but apart from a little fat, a little s alt and a little sugar, herbs and spices, nothing can be added to them.
- So if an omelette, it's only egg-based, no milk or flour. If scrambled eggs, then without tomatoes and chives, not on sausages or cracklings. It seems easy, in practice it turns out to be difficult … People on this diet say that the day when eggs are eaten from morning to evening is the hardest.
- The diet, although it seems very simple, requires mindfulness not to fall into the usual patterns (e.g. fish + lemon). Can be a nuisance if you are having a lush social life, or because you are exercisingyou eat out in the city.
- Antoine's diet can be repeated regularly once a month or once in a while. It cannot be used for more than 7 days, because you risk deficiencies, especially vitamin B12and micronutrients. Digestive disorders may also appear.
The supporters of the diet emphasize its effectiveness and high weight loss in a relatively short time, while the opponents mention that while on it you can feel tired and weakened. Therefore, during Antoine's diet, it is not advisable to exercise. It is also certainly not a diet for people who perform intense physical activity. This diet is also not recommended for people with chronic diseases.
