I'm 26 years old. Recently, I had a spine X-ray due to a partial lack of sensation in my right calf - about a year ago I couldn't raise my foot for a while. It showed the abolition of physiological lordosis, restlessness of the S1 posterior tuck, posterior spondylolisthesis at the L5-S1 level with a narrowing of this intervertebral disc. Is it something very serious?
There is nothing special in the X-ray, but if the history of foot drop has to be differentiated from peroneal nerve palsy or paralysis. At the beginning, I propose to do an MRI of the spine in this episode.
