It happens a lot, especially when I'm focused on something, and sometimes even when I'm just reading, my head shakes. This is especially worsening in stressful situations. I don't lead a very stressful lifestyle. I was advised to take vitamin B and eat foods rich in potassium and magnesium. Unfortunately, that doesn't help. Shouldn't I have an EEG for the head to rule out the possibility of early Parkinson's disease or epilepsy…? What can be done to prevent this symptom from being so visible?

No, the symptoms clearly indicate the so-called tremor while resting. ("Yes Yes"). It is nothing serious, sometimes it runs in family. Generally - if it bothers you - there is a need for treatment. In your case, I do not see such a need, although you can try to take an antidepressant at night. It may not be the treatment of choice for this disease entity, but on the other hand, it may improve the underlying disease by reducing stress. However, please contact a neurologist. By the way, it is worth examining the thyroid gland.
