I have lost a lot of weight recently, changed my diet and started exercising. Although my appearance improved, there was a problem - my breasts got smaller. Are there any exercises that, apart from firming the bust, would affect its size?

Unfortunately, I don't have good news about increasing your breasts with exercise. The bust is mostly made up of adipose tissue, and when we lose weight, its size also decreases. Unfortunately, we have no influence on it, because when losing weight, we lose weight evenly throughout the body. Firming exercises actually work on the pectoral muscle on which our bust is "seated" and actually lift and firm it, but unfortunately do not increase its volume. Don't worry though, a small bust, but a firm and well-shaped bust can be beautiful too!
