I really like natural yoghurt. I don't eat cottage cheese and other cheeses because I have a migraine after them. Similarly, I have a migraine from kefir and buttermilk. My body can tolerate yogurt. I can eat 5 cups of 175g a day. Is there a daily dose of yoghurt that we shouldn't exceed? Is yogurt a good meal for dinner (I don't eat yoghurt straight from the fridge)? I prefer to eat something warmer for breakfast.
As for dairy products (includingyogurt ), it is recommended to drink 2 glasses of milk a day, one of which can be replaced with cottage cheese. If you do not tolerate other dairy products but yogurt, you can eat it with confidence. There is no daily dose for yogurt.
