Now I don't eat late - my last meal is dinner - I eat it around 5:30 pm. I eat regularly for the most part.
Kasia, keep it up! Give yourself some more time. Keep doing sit-ups. Eating your last meal at 5:30 pm doesn't do you well. Even if you don't feel it, you are starving your orgasms. It is not advisable. You can easily afford to eat your last meal 3 hours before going to bed. You wrote that you usually eat regularly. Make sure you eat regularly. Drink plenty of fluids in between meals and one more time … don't risk crunching up.
