When I am 166 cm tall, I weigh 60 kg. I don't consider myself very fat, but I'm ashamed of my body. I dress in wider clothes, I have a problem with overeating, I can eat a lot of food at once. As soon as I walk by the refrigerator, I immediately need a snack. I also love sweets and can eat just as much. As soon as I start the diet - I can withstand up to 3 weeks, and then I start to eat a lot again and gain even more weight. I am asking for advice on how to deal with my weak will? Whenever a problem arises, I immediately look for consolation in eating. I would like to add that I don't like exercising very much. What diet would be right for me? Ola from Piekary Śląskie

According to the BMI (body mass index) you have an ideal weight. If you like to eat often, the best solution would be to introduce the following rule into your diet: eat often, but in small portions.

In the fridge, I suggest you keep peeled carrots, cucumbers and other vegetables that you like. These are he althy, very low-energy snacks that you can always afford.

A good solution would also be to prepare the day before what you will eat the next day. I suggest that the basis of your diet should be cereal products, e.g. coarse-grained groats, wholemeal pasta as well as vegetables and fruit (please do not eat the latter at night).

Every day, please also drink approx. 400 ml of milk drinks and 80 g of lean white cheese. I would replace frying meat or fish by stewing or steaming.

Exercise is also a very important part of maintaining he alth and a nice figure. Thanks to gymnastics, our body becomes firmer. I suggest practicing in the morning first. Literally 20 minutes. Not an hour, three, just 20 minutes. It is really not much compared to e.g. the whole day.
