I had prenatal tests done in the 12th week of pregnancy, during which gases were flying over my stomach. During the examination, there was an abnormal flow in the fetal venous duct. Is it possible that the gases falsified the result?

No, it's not possible. Gases are a symptom of the work of your intestines, and the flows in the venous duct concern the flow of blood in the vessel of the fetus.
