I have a 5mm plaque on my right kidney. I've been to the doctor, but I don't trust him somehow … I've heard that beer is helpful, but he forbade me to drink it. He wrote down ginjal for me - is it effective?
There is no effective drug to dissolve limescale, beer has a diuretic effect and may facilitate the elimination of the plaque if it begins to appear, otherwise it is not advisable - it is alcohol. Ginjal is a herbal medicine with a slight anti-inflammatory and diuretic effect. My advice is to increase the amount of fluids you drink per day. Such a small deposit can be asymptomatic for a long time.
