The order of vaccination against COVID-19 within the previously specified stages has been clarified. Information on this can be found in the Journal of Laws in the published ordinance of the Council of Ministers extending the current epidemic restrictions until January 31. What order was established in stage zero and stage one?
This ordinance was published in the Journal of Laws late Thursday evening. Chapter 3a was added, en titled "Vaccinations against COVID-19," whichrefines the order of vaccination for stage zero and stage one . As noted, people who carry out preventive vaccinations against COVID-19 are required to apply them in the order indicated.
Order of vaccination against COVID-19: stage zero
In stage zero, vaccination can be performed in the following order:
- people employed in the medical entity
- persons practicing as a medical practice as an apprenticeship
- statutory representatives of children born before 37 weeks of pregnancy who are hospitalized on the day of administering the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine to their legal representatives
- persons other than those specified in the first two points, employed in the entity providing medical activities
- pharmacists and pharmaceutical technicians employed in a generally accessible pharmacy
- academic teachers employed at the medical university as well as doctoral students and students of this university participating in classes with the participation of patients
- people employed in the organizational unit of social assistance
Sequence of vaccinations against COVID-19: stage one
Then, in the first stage, they will be vaccinated:
- patients of a care and treatment facility, a nursing and care facility, an inpatient hospice and a palliative medicine ward as well as people staying in a nursing home
- people born: no later than 1941, in the years 1942-1951, in the years 1952-1961
- teachers, educators and other pedagogical staff as well as those employed in kindergarten and other forms of pre-school education
- academic teachers employed innon-medical university and other persons conducting classes with students or doctoral students at the university
- officers or soldiers of: the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, the Police, the Border Guard, the Internal Security Agency, the Foreign Intelligence Agency, the Central Anticorruption Bureau, the Military Intelligence Service, the Military Counterintelligence Service, the Customs and Treasury Service, the State Fire Service, and the State Protection Service , Prison Service, Road Transport Inspection, railway security guards, prosecutors and assessors of the public prosecutor's office and members of volunteer fire brigades, mountain and water rescuers performing rescue operations

Application for vaccination against COVID-19
From January 15, seniors over 80 years of age can register for vaccination. This means that they will have a date and place to vaccinate. Additionally, theapplication formof willingness to vaccinate has been launched for all adults. You can fill it in on the website www.gov.pl/szczepimysie by clicking the "application" button. Then enter the data and confirm the application. After sending the form, each person will receive an e-referral as soon as the appropriate stage begins.
On January 22, registration for people over 70 years of age , and on January 25, vaccinations for people over 70 years of age will start. in 5994 points.
Deputy Minister of He alth Waldemar Kraska emphasized that "reporting people from 18 to 69 years of agevia the form does not determine the order ". It has an informative function only, which is worth remembering. It isonly a declaration that we wish to be vaccinated.

Extended restrictions
The new regulation in the Journal of Laws also changed the regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and bans in connection with the epidemic of December 21, 2022.It extends the current epidemic restrictions until January 31, 2022.
Pursuant to the previous regulation, from December 28, 2022 to January 17, 2022, there was a ban on entrepreneurs from conducting activities related to running discos and nightclubs, swimming pools, water parks,gyms, clubs and fitness centers as well as service activities related to the improvement of physical condition (included in the Polish Classification of Activities in subclass 96.04.Z). Owners of hotels and other accommodation facilities are not allowed to operate until January 17, 2022.
