Hello. For a few days (about 4) an enlargement of the coccyx appeared (something like a tumor). The pain is terrible. Today I can no longer sit normally, lie down or even walk. I have the impression that it also radiates to the buttocks. Let me add that I certainly haven't hit anywhere or anything like that. I'm going to see the doctor, but the weekend has started so not really, now I have how. I apply ointment and stick patches, but the pain persists. It is impossible to sleep normally at night. Only on the stomach or on the side, but also it hurts. I have the impression that I have had something like this before, but from what I remember it just passed me by. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Probably symptoms of an abscess or pilonidal cyst - conditions requiring surgical treatment - urgent surgical consultation is recommended.
