3 days ago I hit myself very hard on the stove tap on the left side of my forehead. I have an abrasion and a large swelling that does not come off despite cold compresses. The lump hurts when you touch and move your eyebrows. I didn't pass out, but my symptoms started the day after the impact. I feel confused, a little dizzy, I have trouble concentrating. Should I go to my GP or the emergency room? Regards and thank you in advance for your answer.

Definitely, also a CT scan is recommended.
