I'm 30 years old. I am a sales representative. I spend most of the day in the car or at the computer. I smoke cigarettes and drink a lot of coffee. I have a very stressful job. For 3 months, my Achilles tendons and tendons above the wrists hurt every morning. The pain goes away a few minutes after you get out of bed. My skin itches irregularly. The itching goes away and returns after a while. My stool is rather loose. I don't do any sports because I don't have time. Could these be symptoms of stress and abuse of coffee and cigarettes. Which doctor should I visit and what tests should I do?

As you yourself noticed the lifestyle you lead, it is very inappropriate. The most harmful factor mentioned by the Lord is smoking - I strongly encourage you to quit the addiction. Few people know that 1/3 of smokers do not experience symptoms of nicotine abstinence when they stop smoking - in other words, you have a 33% chance that saying goodbye to cigarettes will be painless. It is worth a try. As for the aforementioned ailments in the field of the musculoskeletal system and joints - the reason for them is staying for long hours in compulsory positions (working at a computer or driving a car). The best and practically the only remedy for this is doing gymnastics every day. It can be a short, even 5-minute long gymnastics that will engage and stimulate all joints. Such gymnastics works like the proverbial drop of oil in mechanical devices, thanks to which they move smoothly. As for the tests - it is worth doing a morphology, ESR, urinalysis, lipidogram, sugar, creatinine, electrolytes, GOT, GPT, ECG and chest X-ray (this is such a comprehensive evaluation program) and please go to your appointment with the results. The best specialist for you is an experienced specialist in internal medicine.

Remember that our expert's answer is informative and will not replace a visit to the doctor.
