My 30-year-old friend has problems with writing, reading and sometimes with pronunciation. He says he doesn't have dyslexia etc, but I don't believe it. When writing a text message, he makes funny mistakes, eg "w czoraj", "z kad", spelling mistakes "łużko", "later", and in the next message the same words are written correctly. When he speaks, I know what word he means, and he uses some other word with a similar sound but a different meaning. When he reads, he does the same - a word is written, and he only sees the beginning of the word and then he makes up some strange word with juxtaposed letters. Has trouble building complete sentences. What could this mean?
The symptoms described by you may indicate many disorders, from simple inattention to damage to some area of the brain. In such a situation, each case should be examined individually. I would recommend first a neurological consultation with magnetic resonance imaging, then a speech therapy or psychological consultation. Since you do not give information about when these disorders are present and with what severity they occur, it is difficult to make any diagnosis. I think that a medical consultation would help a lot.
