Last year I had an accident - I hit the back of my head on concrete - a cracked skull at the back of my head, 2 hematomas (in the forehead area). I lost my sense of smell and taste and was taking injections to regenerate my nerves (nivalin). Now I feel sweet and s alty. Is there any chance that my sense of smell will come back? Besides, I have problems with concentration and memory. Can I lose my memory completely? Can I come for a visit?

After the injury, the olfactory nerves were probably damaged. There is a general rule of thumb - although nerves regenerate - the closer to the brain the damage is, the slower the process. There may be a partial improvement. Regarding memory - it is advisable to use piracetam and ginkgo extracts. Rather, you will not lose your memory. I am in Warsaw privately.
