I have been taking Lexotan 3 mg 1/2 tablet for five years. I am trying to free myself from this drug, but I pay for it with insomnia and a lot of nervousness. I have noise in my head and I "overflow", I am like not in this world.
Hello,
The drug can be addictive and abrupt withdrawal can be quite difficult. When taking it, you may experience side effects such as speech disorders, lowered blood pressure, dry mucous membranes, fatigue, headaches and dizziness or difficulty urinating. One of these factors is at work in your case and is associated with the spectrum of side effects. Maybe the time has come for you to take your life into your own hands? After all, not only the tablet is designed to "fix" thoughts, but actually we ourselves are the blacksmiths of our lives. So please take care of your mental condition. Every intense physical effort, walks in the fresh air will free us from mental tensions, frustration, helplessness or anger - they will bring the desired peace and a sense of security. One must learn to breathe consciously and apply the given ability to maintain inner peace. Let us look for moments in our lives to which you return with pleasure. Let them stay with us and return to this atmosphere of peace in difficult moments. Rest at home should be organized in such a way that its atmosphere gives us joy and relaxation. It is good to sit down for a moment and listen to calming, relaxing music, read a book that is full of optimism, or even watch our pets play. A bath is also good, as it relaxes when you add appropriate calming oils or herbs (sage, valerian, lemon balm) to the bathtub. Let us enjoy the work we do, whether at home or at our place of employment, so do not take on too many responsibilities. All unsettled matters must be completed as soon as possible, so that they will leave us alone. Preparation for sleep should include accents of calmness. You can drink calming tea, talk (only!) About good events with your family or friend, watch a good comedy. Finally, sleep, which should last about 7-8 hours in a well-ventilated room. Pay attention to what we eat because the diet should contain a lot of magnesium (apples, pumpkin, parsley, beans, peas, whole grain bread), because it is washed out of magnesium during prolonged stress. The lack of magnesium can cause stomach pain, improper functioning of the liver and intestines or even insomnia, nervous tension or even weakening of hormones. So let's try to eat a lot of vegetables, fruits, fish or such products that are rich in the vitamins we need. All this will allow you to regain your good mood, which you will have to keep an eye on, but it will pay off, because then you will not need any medications to calm you down.
Regards
