Is bioenergotherapy in neurosis advisable? I used it once, I have a woman in town who does such hourly sessions … Are such hourly sessions he althy?
An energy session conducted in the office of an energotherapist or a biotherapist is aimed at restoring the proper circulation of vital energy (prana, chi). The therapist puts his hands in the right places called chakras, which are responsible for the proper flow of life energy in the recipient's body. The length of the session depends on the therapist's individual approach to the person in need and may last from ten minutes to an hour or more. Of course - the longer, the better, because we have time to calm down, to talk in thoughts with our own body or mind - then you can learn a lot about yourself. The transferred energy cannot be "overdosed", because the recipient's body itself regulates the amount needed at a given moment. A good therapist feels that a given organ or diseased area has the right amount of it and moves his hands to another place. During such a session, we may be sleepy, it may indicate a lot of exhaustion of the body, so when we want to sleep, let's drink - it does not interfere with the session. You may feel tingling, cold or hot during energy treatments. All of this is a positive reaction of the body to the energy it consumes. The therapist should tell us how we may feel during the session. When it comes to neuroses, depression or other psycho-somatic states, I highly recommend such energy sessions. They bring relief, at the same time giving a sense of distance to all matters bothering us. However, there is one condition - a given energy session must be conducted by a knowledgeable therapist.
