During this time, eat 4 meals a day, which may only consist of certain foods: spinach, raspberries, almonds, fat-free natural yogurt, and eggs. Their daily energy value cannot exceed 1300 kcal.

After this time, you move on to the second phase of the diet, during which you should follow three basic rules:

1. Eat like clockwork - eat your first meal within an hour of waking up, and consume subsequent meals every 3-5 hours. In total, you should eat 4 meals a day + a piece of dark chocolate. This way you can control blood sugar and hunger hormone, and thus - kickstart your metabolism.
2. Each meal should contain 5 items such as fruits or vegetables, whole grains, lean protein, vegetable fats, and spices.
3. For each dish (if possible), add spices such as garlic, lemon peel, cinnamon and chili pepper, which not only enrich the taste of the dishes, but also stimulate the metabolism and accelerate fat burning.

While on the cinch diet, chocolate can be eaten at any time of the day, but in such quantities that its daily energy value does not exceed 100 kcal, i.e. about 16 g (on average, 1-2 cubes of dark chocolate per day).
